Did you know you can't just toss whatever you think is garbage? Ryan Seacrest shared in today's hack you may be breaking the law without even realizing it.
These things are illegal to put in the trash:
- ELECTRONICS
- PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
- SMOKE DETECTORS
- PAINT
- BATTERIES
Why? A lot of these contain chemicals that can leech into the soil or water if they end up on a landfill. Instead, you can dispose of these items at specific locations.
