The Creel House from Stranger Things is going on the market for over 3xs what it sold for back in 2019. The 140 year old house is located in Rome, Georgia and went on the market right before Halloween for $1.5 million. CRAZY!
Fans of the show will recognize 'the majestic formal dining room where telekinesis is no longer practiced during meals; an adjoining parlor, perfect for playing Dungeons and Dragons; and a living room ideal for hosting meetings of the Hellfire Club,' according to the realtor.
The house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and of course has the many room features from Netflix's Stranger Things 4th season. The 1892 Victorian-style home had sold for $350,000 back in 2019 and was built by Colonel Hamilton Yancey and was originally called the Claremont House. The family that bought the house in 2019 ended up restoring it to it's "original grandeur" that include "intricate handcrafted built-in bookshelves, cabinetry, large and layered moldings, a custom buffet, wall safe, cast iron urinal, and more."
