California's eviction moratorium is lifting on July 1st but some counties like Los Angeles have extended the protections. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors extended the eviction moratorium into 2022 as well as parts of it until 2023.
Low-income tenants will be protected as of today if they aren't able to pay rent through December 2022. Over 200,000 households applied for the funding through the California COVID-19 Rent Relief Program, which include renters and landlords. You can visit the L.A.
