Those who abstain from eating meat should have another reason to smile while visiting The Happiest Place on Earth. Disneyland Resorts will soon offer more plant-based food options, with a new menu set to unveil in the spring of 2020. According to Culinary Director John State, the theme park has heard their guests' requests, noting, "We're inspired by their feedback, going back into the kitchen, working on creating, innovating and introducing new flavors that just happen to be plant-based." Want an advance taste? Some items are already on sale in restaurants at the Disneyland Hotel, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, and Disney California Adventure Park.
