Seacoast Students Will Protest Again Tomorrow

posted by Jadd -

Much like area students walked out, marched, and protested for 17 minutes to honor the 17 lives lost in the Stoneman Douglas shooting last month, tomorrow morning, they'll be back at it, this time for 13 minutes.

Students at Portsmouth High, Spaulding High, Exeter High, Berwick Academy, Phillips Exeter Academy, Cooperative Middle School, Winnacunnet High, and Oyster River High are planning to honor the 13 lives lost on April 20, 1999 at Columbine High School.

Walkouts are planned from 10a-10:13a. And honestly -- couldn't be happier that students are sticking with letting their voices be heard as opposed to just doing it once for Stoneman Douglas then going back to business as usual.

Y'all are the change the world needs -- keep it up!
