After 2 days of speculation and rumors as to why Malcolm Butler rode the pine for the Super Bowl on Sunday night, he finally set the record straight in a Tweet late yesterday afternoon.
Is it me, or is that pretty much a "Goodbye, Pats Nation, I won't be back next season" tweet. We'll miss you, Butler...thanks for single-handedly saving Super Bowl 49 a few years back.
