Yeah. That's not a fried green tomato or avocado in your salad -- that's a straight up lizard. In all seriousness, though, make sure if you buy pre-packaged bags of lettuce (and THIS guy is notorious for that since it's MUCH quicker to rock a salad that way), you inspect the heck out of your bags before you serve and eat.
