Holy HELL I wish I made enough money to snag a one bedroom apartment in this building, because these apartments look SO awesome. The old Frank Jones Brewery building in Portsmouth has been renovated and turned into an apartment building that houses studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms -- some with fireplaces!
The downside is they're expensive as hell -- $1,465/month for a 720 sq ft studio, up to $2,850/month for a one bedroom with a fireplace, and a starting rent of $2,475/month for a two bedroom. At least heat, hot water, WiFi and a parking spot are included.
