This couldn't be more heartbreaking to my inner child, but the Chuck E. Cheese in Newington is going to close down, and be replaced by a furniture store.
Doesn't the universe know that adulting isn't a fun time, and being furniture is one of the Top 3 most adulting things you can do?!
In all seriousness, Chuck E. Cheese is going to close at some point in March, and be replaced by Bernie & Phyl's. Which is really shaking up a lot of parents around the area who love bringing their kiddos there for a fun time, BUT at least we still have more options in the area like Dover Bowl and Hilltop Fun Center in Somersworth.
But still...why y'all gotta kill our inner child for more sofas and chaise lounges?!
