This was one of the more touching and amazing commercials during the Big Game on Sunday, but it actually violates military policies! The Army is not allowed to "suggest official endorsement or preferrential treatment," especially in uniform. On top of that, the Army is also not allowed to glorify drinking.

BUT, Budweiser was smart and took the proper precautions and it was decided that the commercial was not endorsing Bud or glorifying booze -- simply just paying tribute to someone who risks his life for his country and giving him the hero's welcome he deserves.

CRAZY to think about it being a violation though, right?!
